If you've gotten everything you need from the program, here are the steps to cancel your Membership:
If you purchased with a credit card:
- Log in to your account through a browser window (not the Kajabi app)
- Go to TSN Membership
- Click on your profile in the top right corner
- Select Settings from the dropdown
- Click Billing Info in the top right of the page
- Click Cancel
If you purchased with your PayPal account:
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Locate your subscriptions and cancel
If you purchased without a PayPal account:
- Email us at [email protected] so we can help you cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, and we respond within 48 hours in which requests are received.
