RECOMP: 4 Month Group Coaching

RECOMP is our 4 month group coaching program designed for women who want a clear plan, expert guidance, and weekly accountability to lose fat and build lean muscle. If you thrive when someone tells you exactly what to do, what to eat, how much, and how to approach your workouts for real body recomposition — this is for you.

What you get in the 4 month RECOMP coaching program:

  • Coaching
    • 1 private initial consult, 50 minutes
    • Custom weight loss and body recomposition plan
    • Monthly live group coaching call with our Dietitians. The dates and times of the calls will be announced by the start date of the program, and usually occur in the evenings. All calls are also recorded.
  • Accountability/Check Ins
    • Weekly online progress check-in with our Dietitians (including a review of your progress tracker) to help you stay on track and accountable
    • Community chat to ask questions with our Dietitians whenever you need support between calls and check is
