For questions related to your goals, calorie plan, adjustments, progress or the course materials inside the Membership, be sure to head to the community area where the Team TSN Registered Dietitians support members Monday through Friday.

If you have questions about your subscription, technical difficulties or billing changes, the best way to reach Team TSN for Customer Support is to email [email protected]. We will respond to your message within 48 business hours, but usually much sooner!

Canceling your Membership

IF YOU PURCHASED WITH A CREDIT CARD:

  1. Log in to your account through a browser window (not the Kajabi app)
  2. Go to TSN Membership
  3. Click on your profile in the top right corner
  4. Select Settings from the dropdown
  5. Click Billing Info in the top right of the page
  6. Click Cancel 

IF YOU PURCHASED WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account
  2. Locate your subscriptions and cancel

IF YOU PURCHASED WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT:

  1. Email us at [email protected] so we can help you cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, and we respond within 48 hours in which requests are received.
